Job Description:
Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator for Specialty Team that travels to Trinity Dental locations around the Houston area:
Processing payments/Financial Arrangements/Accounts Receivable Handling phone calls and scheduling Verify/File Insurance Communicates with the patients (parents/guardians), orthodontist and other team members effectively Maintains daily patient treatment schedule in a timely fashion Works efficiently and as a member of a cohesive team Technical ability and adaptiveness to computer software and other equipment Adheres to all safety and infection control rules Complies with HIPAA and maintains confidential information Performs other duties as assigned Ability to travel to multiple locations within Trinity to provide orthodontic services is required Days of the Week:
