Looking for an experienced Admin with some billing or accounting experience preferred.
Duties:
(Not limited to) Answering office phones and taking messages Assist with receiving office packages and deliveries Maintain and Order Supplies and Maintain office equipment Light cleaning duties around office Assistance with reports and other job projects Filing and uploading all invoices and payments onto the company server Assisting Controller with special projects This position will need to have a light or entry level experience in Accounts Payable as entering invoices into the system will be included as part of daily activities.
Assisting the Controller with Journal Entries and entries into the company database Assist controller in reconciling credit card statements with receipts and coding appropriate expenses Additional job duties will be determined and a possibility with experience and job performance Competitive Health, Vision and Dental insurance available after 60 days.

Team Player and Motivated The position is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm - Extended hours may be necessary during month and year end.
HS Diploma Required Excel knowledge Microsoft Office knowledge and experience Accounts Payable Experience a Plus Manufacturing Experience is a Plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
